As part of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with Fortune 500 partners, governments, and academic institutions to forecast paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems. Your insights will directly influence product development, policy frameworks, and investment strategies for the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Reports' identifying 3-5 disruptive technology vectors
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across 15+ industries
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present futures intelligence at global forums (World Economic Forum, CES)
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption curves
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight community
- Secure $2M+ annual budget for experimental innovation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis
- Track record of implementing future-proofed solutions in tech/healthcare sectors
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives launched
- Clearance for federal innovation advisory roles (if applicable)
