Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps by analyzing technological convergence patterns and socio-economic indicators
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing and neurotech
- Produce foresight reports for Fortune 500 clients on climate resilience and ethical AI frameworks
- Design scenario-planning models for supply chain evolution in post-pandemic economies
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate emerging startups in synthetic biology and space tech
- Deliver keynote presentations at global innovation summits on the future of work
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic consulting or corporate innovation
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers, patents, or books)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, system dynamics)
- Experience advising C-suite on disruption preparedness and transformation
- Strong network with futurist communities and research institutions
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
