Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize deep learning models and machine learning pipelines for production environments.
- Conduct research to advance the state-of-the-art in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and researchers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement and maintain MLOps infrastructure to ensure model scalability, reliability, and monitoring.
- Debug complex technical issues and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate relevant findings into our product roadmap.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data structures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of deploying AI models that drive measurable business impact.
