- Analyze emerging market trends and geopolitical shifts affecting long-term business viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on disruptive technologies
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and incubate breakthrough startups
- Design scenario-planning models for global supply chain resilience
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and other future-focused forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in predictive analytics and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, blockchain)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar outlets
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
