Responsibilities
- Research and forecast emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling innovative solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure buy-in and resources for technology initiatives
- Establish KPIs to measure the ROI and adoption of future-facing technologies
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong stakeholder management experience across technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CIMP) preferred
