Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neural interfaces) and their commercial implications
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients across healthcare, energy, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to build organizational resilience against disruption
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario simulations for executive decision-making
- Design innovation pipelines aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals for 2030
- Mentor junior strategists in futurism methodologies and predictive analytics
- Represent the firm at global tech foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurism research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering trend-based strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or business strategy publications
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent program
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech) at implementation level
