Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize complex global trends to create 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Develop scenario-based models for emerging technologies (Web4.0, AGI, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports for executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database using advanced analytics tools
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions with documented accuracy
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published author in foresight publications (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
