- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to translate future scenarios into tangible initiatives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and presentations for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Champion future-ready culture through internal education and trend-spotting programs
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial implications
Qualifications
- 8+ years in foresight, strategic planning, or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience advising C-suite executives on future-proofing strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (white papers, books, keynotes)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major foresight projects with measurable impact
