Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/socioeconomic trends (2024-2026 horizon) and synthesize actionable foresight reports
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof strategies
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers and industry keynotes
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or emerging technology analysis
- Expertise in trend forecasting with proven methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of quantum, AI, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on strategic adaptation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or scenario-planning deliverables
