Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Author annual '2026 Horizon Report' for C-suite executives in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on emerging technology forecasting
- Design resilience strategies for clients navigating AI disruption and climate uncertainty
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through industry keynotes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Cassandra, Trendalyzer)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented strategic initiatives from foresight work
- Security clearance for classified innovation projects (preferred)
