Responsibilities
- Develop predictive strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 across technology, market, and regulatory landscapes
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and board members
- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies with disruptive potential (quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Architect exponential growth initiatives in emerging markets
- Establish KPI frameworks for future-readiness and innovation velocity
- Publish thought leadership on next-generation business models
- Partner with R&D to de-risk long-term innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS, WFS) or equivalent advanced degree
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience leading cross-geographic strategic initiatives
- Mastery of scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution preferred
