Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Reports' analyzing technological, economic, and societal trends
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints focused on 2026 market opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into strategic product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Present foresight insights to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in future-casting methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future concepts
- Experience with quantitative forecasting tools and qualitative research methods
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
