Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) and forecast their impact on business ecosystems by 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present compelling trend reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Integrate foresight insights into product roadmaps and corporate strategy
- Mentor junior analysts in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, energy transitions)
