Responsibilities

- Drive innovation sprints with cross-functional teams of engineers and futurists
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Patent novel technologies with our in-house IP legal team
- Mentor junior talent in emerging tech ethics and implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or sustainable AI systems
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $10M+ market impact
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Security clearance or experience with federal tech initiatives
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
