As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to decode signals from the future. You'll translate complex data into actionable strategies that position our clients as industry pioneers in an era of exponential change.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptors to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise resilience and adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state business models
- Produce strategic whitepapers and trend reports for executive stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists and domain experts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-level leadership and boards
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or Social Sciences
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI, biotech, climate, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
