- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Author thought leadership publications on future-critical domains
- Curate external partnerships with academic labs and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record in tech trend analysis and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or climate tech futures domains
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio of published future scenario frameworks
