Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop forward-looking strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision initiatives
- Quantify future scenarios using predictive modeling and scenario-planning frameworks
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech paradigms (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-state concepts
- Advise executive team on long-term resource allocation and talent strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech foresight
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to stakeholders
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic frameworks
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent analytical methodologies
