Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic roadmaps aligned with emerging technological paradigms
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends in AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Architect adaptive business models for next-generation product ecosystems
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize breakthrough innovations
- Present futuristic strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with proven experience in future-focused industries
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Future Studies
- Experience building innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent methodologies
