Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize data from IoT, blockchain, and neurotech ecosystems
- Produce actionable foresight reports for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech incubators
- Quantify market opportunities using predictive modeling and scenario planning methodologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, AR/VR, or quantum computing commercialization
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Scenario Planning preferred
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
