Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global trends, technological disruptions, and market shifts impacting 2026-2030 landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, and climate resilience frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-focused initiatives
- Produce executive briefings and thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions in our innovation labs
- Establish KPIs for tracking strategy effectiveness against future scenarios
- Mentor junior futurists and build our future intelligence capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or future-focused planning
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/ SFPC) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future scenario development projects
