Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging tech disruptions
- Partner with research institutions to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic visions to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for emerging tech
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech innovation strategy with 3+ years in AI/quantum domains
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services to market
- Deep expertise in generative AI, quantum algorithms, and exponential tech trends
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published research or patents in future-tech domains
- Experience managing innovation labs or R&D teams
- Global network in tech innovation ecosystems
