Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in AI/quantum research
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent disruptive field
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record scaling teams from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Expertise in federated learning and edge-AI optimization
- Security clearance or experience with government-level tech initiatives
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
- Public speaking at 3+ major tech conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
