Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market trends through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Present scenario-based analyses to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers and conference presentations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and innovation experts

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
