Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology integration across enterprise operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Produce scenario-based impact assessments for disruptive technologies
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurist or foresight roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Strong presentation skills for executive-level audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
