Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align innovation priorities with business goals
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis for emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Proven track record of translating tech trends into business value
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation publications preferred
