Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps for enterprise clients, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops to anticipate societal and business disruptions in post-2025 digital ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align emerging tech investments with long-term strategic objectives
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on ethical AI governance and sustainable tech adoption
- Manage a portfolio of pilot programs for next-gen technologies (neuromorphic computing, decentralized AI)
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs focused on 2030 technology horizons
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and technology assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership with demonstrated 2026+ foresight
- Expertise in converging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their enterprise applications
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Technology Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech's societal impacts (IEEE, Nature Futures, etc.)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, scenario modeling)
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in multicultural innovation environments
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology principles
