- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and digital consciousness
- Partner with governments on policy for emerging tech governance
- Present disruptive tech blueprints to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Mentor next-gen engineers in exponential technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent innovation portfolio)
- 5+ years in emerging tech strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/Nature journals)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, biotech, nanotech)
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech prototypes
- Fluency in technical Mandarin or Japanese for global collaborations
