Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights and drive business strategy decisions.
- Preprocess and clean large-scale datasets, ensuring data integrity and optimizing for performance.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of models to ensure accuracy, robustness, and fairness.
- Document technical findings, methodologies, and results for internal stakeholders and academic publications.
- Participate in code reviews and technical mentoring sessions to uphold high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI/ML to propose innovative solutions to existing business challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Demonstrated experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
