Responsibilities
- Architect and prototype advanced neural network models optimized for quantum hardware environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of '2026-ready' algorithms, including federated learning and neuromorphic computing.
- Define system requirements and performance benchmarks for next-generation AI infrastructure.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with 2+ years specifically in machine learning or quantum simulation.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or similar.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, high-performance computing, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
