Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 Initiative’s roadmap for human-AI co-evolution
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, and synthetic biology
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems with global regulatory bodies
- Identify and secure partnerships with academia, governments, and Fortune 500 enterprises
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Manage $50M+ R&D budget across 12 innovation pods
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in AI Ethics, Computational Philosophy, or Futurism
- 10+ years experience leading technology strategy at FAANG or equivalent
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-machine interaction
- Proven track record scaling ventures from concept to $1B valuation
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Deep expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography and neuro-symbolic AI
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting technology deployments
