- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and integration across business units
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to position InnovateNext as an innovation leader
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and impact
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or emerging tech roles
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging domains (e.g., quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
