Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Neural Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- 5+ years leading disruptive tech projects with exponential growth impact
- Expertise in neural network optimization and quantum machine learning
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented innovations with >1M user impact
- Certification in Ethical AI Governance (CEAG) or equivalent
- Published research in IEEE Transactions on Neural Systems or Nature Futures
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages
