Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-focused innovation roadmaps aligning with emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale futuristic solutions with 3-5 year vision horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for exponential growth in AI-driven ecosystems
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present 2026 innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 3+ year vision cycles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, or climate tech)
- Strong background in scenario planning and futures methodology
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing P&L for future ventures
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
