Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and articulate the long-term technical and strategic vision for the '2026' initiative, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and innovative system architectures that leverage cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum, Blockchain).
- Prototyping: Lead the development of high-fidelity prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate future technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of innovators, fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for visionary projects.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging trends and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in product management, architecture, or strategic consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), software development lifecycles, and emerging tech stacks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
