Responsibilities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks mapping technological, social, and economic trends through 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives to prototype future-ready business models
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum AI, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
- Design scenario-planning methodologies for disruptive market shifts and regulatory evolutions
- Present futures narratives to global stakeholders through immersive VR/AR experiences
- Author thought leadership publications on human-AI symbiosis and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Curate global futurist networks and accelerate collaborative innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative/qualitative discipline
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep technical literacy in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology domains
- Proven ability to translate complex futures insights into executable business strategies
- Portfolio of published futurist work or large-scale innovation projects
- Experience with cross-cultural futures analysis and global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, APF) preferred
