Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Champion innovation initiatives that bridge emerging technologies with practical business applications
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype and validate future solutions
- Present technology strategy insights to executive stakeholders and influence organizational decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia to accelerate innovation
- Monitor ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech ecosystems
