Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite on long-term strategic vision and R&D priorities
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks in product development lifecycles
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation blueprints to investors and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI
- Proven track record scaling disruptive technologies to enterprise markets
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Deep understanding of ethical tech governance frameworks
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ breakthrough products launched post-2020
