Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and scaling prototype technologies from concept to production
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Develop strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Present innovation frameworks and roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive culture of experimentation through rapid prototyping and agile methodologies
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or emerging technologies leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and innovation budgets >$5M
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or equivalent preferred)
- Portfolio of successfully implemented innovation initiatives
