- Drive R&D Initiatives: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prototype and test next-generation solutions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a bridge between technical teams and executive stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape to identify gaps in the market and opportunities for technological disruption.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry conferences and forums as an expert in future technology trends.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT, and Cloud Architecture.
- Business Acumen: Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into commercial value and ROI.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving complex problems through innovative technical solutions.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
