Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation, strategy, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, sustainable tech)
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs or corporate ventures
- Strong financial acumen with $50M+ budget management experience
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
