Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026-2035 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, biotech augmentation, and neural interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and emerging tech startups
- Present quarterly future-state briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $15M annual innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation strategies
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen human-AI symbiosis
- Mentor 15+ researchers and engineers in exponential technology adoption
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Futuristics
- 12+ years experience in emerging tech R&D with 5+ in strategic leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on human-computer interaction
- Proven track record of scaling exponential technology ventures
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or neuroprosthetics
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
