Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-era prototypes and scalable solutions
- Drive research in next-gen technologies including quantum AI and biodegradable electronics
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation roadmap with long-term business strategy
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling investor presentations
- Mentor junior innovators while maintaining technical hands-on involvement
- Publish thought leadership in industry journals and global tech forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in leadership roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching at least two groundbreaking products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Strong patent portfolio (minimum 5 granted patents)
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Japanese for international partnerships
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE)
