Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for technology adoption and innovation.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee research and development projects focused on Generative AI, Blockchain, and Sustainable Tech.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with product, sales, and executive leadership to align tech goals with business objectives.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select strategic technology partners and software vendors to optimize operational efficiency.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to stringent security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Budgetary Control: Manage the annual technology budget of $5M+ with a focus on ROI and cost optimization.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies for scalable enterprises.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), Microservices, and DevOps methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working within Agile and Scrum frameworks.
