Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, strategy) to prototype future-forward solutions
- Identify emerging trends and disruptor opportunities in post-2025 markets
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive adoption of human-centered design in future product development
- Oversee pilot programs for 2026-ready technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management or product development with proven future-tech impact
- Expertise in AI/ML, IoT, or quantum computing applications
- Track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Strong background in sustainable technology and circular economy principles
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- MSc/PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation-led commercial successes
