- Manage a portfolio of moonshot projects with $5M+ annual budgets
- Foster strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor a team of 8-12 multidisciplinary specialists
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in innovation or R&D roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across global locations
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management >$1M
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future trends
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
