Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Expertise in futures research, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience scaling innovation labs or corporate ventures
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL) preferred
