Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and emerging trends
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and carbon-neutral tech infrastructure
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Collaborate with C-suite to define innovation KPIs and technology investment strategy
- Present future tech visions to investors, partners, and industry forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or unicorns
- Proven track record in launching future-focused products (2018-2025)
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market engagement
- Certified in Technology Foresight (TFI) or equivalent
