- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors

- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product innovation or R&D leadership within tech/biotech sectors
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in futures forecasting, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Strong proficiency in agile methodologies and lean startup principles
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in innovation management or technology futurism
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
