Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Executive-level strategic planning with successful multi-year roadmap execution
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or ACM journals on future technologies
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and autonomous system governance
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets and managing P&L for innovation divisions
