Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive opportunities across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to market launch for 3-5 flagship projects
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business strategy
- Build and mentor high-performing teams of researchers, engineers, and futurists
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor emerging tech trends and competitive landscape through data-driven analysis
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, incubators, and R&D investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or product leadership with 5+ in strategic roles
- Proven track record launching at least 2 market-defining tech products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder alignment and public speaking
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-focused innovation initiatives
- Certification in futures thinking or strategic foresight (e.g., CFTE)
